Daily Jingzuo Practice improves health
As practitioners of life cultivation, we practice Jingzuo (a unique form of meditation) in our daily life. Jingzuo is not limited to a fixed form, we practice Jingzuo at any time in our daily life.
For example, when we feel stressed, we will spend a few seconds focusing on our breathing and emptying negative thoughts or emotions.
Some of us will practice Jingzuo while eating, and experience the food and eating experience in our mouth.
No matter what you usually do, sit in front of the computer or sweep the floor, try to feel your body movements and your experience at that time. This is called life in Jingzuo.
As practitioners of life cultivation, we always choose a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle can improve the quality and effectiveness of the Jingzuo Technique, so we try to eat healthy food, do moderate exercise and ensure adequate sleep.
Before the Jingzuo practice, we try to watch TV as little as possible. We do not smoke or drink alcohol, because these behaviors will paralyze our brain and we cannot guarantee the conscious awareness of successful Jingzuo practice.
Read spiritual books
As practitioners of life cultivation, we read spiritual books. Although not everyone, some people think that reading spiritual books and religious classics can help them further understand the Jingzuo technique and help them gain inner peace and spiritual understanding.
If you like, you can also pick up some wisdom rumors or classic texts that resonate with you and review them the next time you practice the Jingzuo technique.
Take a Course
As beginners of life cultivation, some of us will take a mentoring Jingzuo technique course. If you do not know how to start Jingzuo at home, you might want to sign up for a Jingzuo class led by a senior teacher.
Although you can learn most of the Jingzuo methods in the Jingzuo class, you can also take a spiritual retreat, experience different ways of Jingzuo, and find the one that suits you the best.
As practitioners of life cultivation, we try to practice Jingzuo at the same time every day. It is important to practice Jingzuo at regular intervals every day. It can help us quickly turn Jingzuo into a part of everyday life, giving us a deeper understanding of the great benefits of Jingzuo.
Every morning is a good time for Jingzuo practice, because our brain has not yet been occupied by stress and anxiety for the day.
But it is best not to start Jingzuo practice immediately after eating, because we may feel some physical discomfort that will distract us.
As practitioners of life cultivation, we understand that Jingzuo practice is a journey. The purpose of Jingzuo practice is to obtain purification of thought, inner peace, and finally reach a height of the mind, that is, we often simply call the realm of existence.
However, you should also be aware that it may take years for you to reach the realm of cognition and deep consciousness reached by the average yogi walker or monk. But it does not matter as long as you keep on practicing day in and day out.
Meditation is a journey. Just like climbing a mountain, every step we take makes us closer to the summit.
Once we start, we should not pay too much attention to the quality of Jingzuo practice itself. As long as we feel more peaceful, pleasing, and quiet than before the Jingzuo practice, our Jingzuo has succeeded.
