This series of breathing and stretching exercises has nine styles or movements, in addition to the starting style and the ending style. When you learn and practice, do not practice all eleven styles at once. If you try to do that, you will soon give up because it is a rather difficult attempt.
You should start to learn and practice the starting style until you are well versed with it. We recommend that you do this for thirty days. Then you proceed to the first style, and so on.
How long will it take for you to learn each style? It varies from person to person. It may take you one day or one month. But no hurry. You want to do it right.
