Use a flat table or a bed for this exercise. If you do not have a big table or a firm bed, then use a clean floor. Lie on the table with your hips against the wall and your legs up, using gravity to spread your legs to the sides and stretch the insides of the thighs as far as possible.

It was a little painful at the beginning, but after a while, you will find that it becomes more and more comfortable. If you stick to it for fifteen minutes every day, you will find that a miracle will appear slowly.

If you practice this exercise everyday for fifteen minutes per session, it will reduce your chances of having the afore-mentioned body problems.
