Sleep well. Wake up refreshed and full of energy for an active day

Sleep is essential for our physical and mental well-being. Lack of sleep can cause a range of symptoms, including fatigue, irritability, and difficulty concentrating.

If a person is unable to sleep for a week, he may experience more severe symptoms such as microsleeps (brief periods of sleep), uncontrollable eye movements, trouble speaking clearly, drooping eyelids, hand tremors, visual and tactile hallucinations, and impaired cognitive performance.

In addition to these symptoms, sleep deprivation can also lead to long-term health problems such as poor cognitive function, increased inflammation, reduced immune function, and an increased risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

Chronic insomnia can lead to many health problems, including cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes, anxiety and depression, among others. Insomnia may also affect the immune system and increase the risk of infection.

Get Up Early

The easiest solution to insomnia is to wake up early. The answer is surprising, but it is not too late to know now.

Because of insomnia, we find it hard to fall asleep. But there is nothing to prevent us from waking up early, right?

01 Waking up early is life saving

Waking up early saves lives! If you insist on getting up early for a long time, there will be such an amazing change!

We discharge during the day and recharge at night when we sleep. If only 50% of the electricity is charged at night and 100% is released during the day, where does the 50% come from? It is borrowed from the five internal organs.

The five internal organs are where we store the essence of the human body. If we always borrow from our organs for important functions, most of our body will collapse after fifteen years of borrowing.

When we were young, we did not feel anything with the borrowing. Once we reach forty or fifty years old, all the diseases come. In fact, this is a long period of transformation from quantitative change to qualitative change.

02 How early is an early-wakeup

Five in the morning. It is the jingzhe time. Even insects will wake up at jingzhe time. Remember: The early birds get the worm?

The ancient sage divides a year into twenty-four solar terms. A day is the epitome of a year, and there are also twenty-four solar terms in a day.

At five in the morning, it is Jingzhe Time, translated as Insects Awakening Time, meaning:

All the stinging insects are lurking, and the vegetation stretches freely.

Stinging insects represent hibernating animals, and Insects Awakening Time means that the hibernating animals wake up at this time, including bears, snakes, frogs, insects and so on.

It is not that someone goes door to door to wake them up. Animals can feel the change of yang-energy in Nature, between heaven and earth, so they all wake up.

Humans are also animals, but our excessive ego weakens our perception of objective Nature. We have lost our animal instincts. However, some sensitive people will wake up around five in the morning, and they will not sleep so deeply if they don’t wake up. Insensitive people will still sleep soundly .

What is dormant in the human body? It is the yang-energy that has hibernated all night. At the time of five in the morning, the Insects Awakening Time, the yang-energy of the human body will be awakened, just like the completion of sowing in Spring.

How does the yang-energy awaken? There is only one way, which is “Spring controls the awakening and takes the initiative.”

At five in the morning, we will naturally be awake. Then we must wake up, get out of bed, and move around. The yang-energy will be generated as soon as we move around.
It takes only a minute to wake up early in the morning.

Maybe a minute ago you were lying on the bed and felt very sleepy, and you were struggling with yourself whether you should get up or not. Then a minute later, you got up, dressed, and moved around. You suddenly did not feel sleepy anymore. Why?

Your movement has helped the yang-energy in your body to move around. Thus you do not feel sleepy anymore. If you are really lacking sleep the night before, you may exercise for half an hour, and you can then go back to sleep for a short while.

People who do not wake up early will feel tired. It’s not that the later you wake up, the more energetic you are because you have more sleep. The truth is, you will be more tired if you sleep late. If you do not believe us, try sleeping until twelve noon and see for yourself.

If you don’t get up early, and the yang-energy is not generated in time, you will be weak. At the same time you will lose your temper. The suffocated yang-energy turns into anger, so you will have a big temper, and the evil fire in your body will be too strong for your health.

Turbid acid corrodes the kidneys. There are more than one hundred million people with kidney disease in China alone. The root cause is getting up late, the liver-energy is not produced but held in the body. The liver dominates acid. This acidic substance is corroding the kidneys. This is terrible.

The effective remedy is to get up early and go to bed early. People who persist in getting up early for a long time will have such a magical change.

03 Long-term benefits of getting up early

A number of health studies by authoritative academic institutions in the world have once again proved the benefits of getting up early. Based on the research results, experts have summarized seven benefits of getting up early:

01 Energetic, not sleepy

Studies have found that early risers usually get up faster, have more flexible minds, can quickly engage in work and study that require high attention, are less prone to fatigue, have more energy, and work more efficiently.

02 More outstanding academic performance

A University of Texas study found that early risers outperformed “night owls” by a full percentage point. The person in charge of the study said that the students who get up early have a more regular life, attend classes on time, learn more actively, and do not have the health problems caused by staying up late.

03 Handle affairs more carefully and responsibly

Some studies have found that early risers are more clear-headed, plan ahead, and act more decisively. They are more efficient, more organized, have clearer goals, and pay more attention to details.

04 Higher efficiency during the day

While the “night owls” are still struggling in bed, early risers may have finished their morning run, made breakfast, and started to deal with some necessary affairs. To arrange the major activities of the day, you can start to make plans in advance and implement them in time.

05 Greater happiness

Researchers at the University of Toronto in Canada found that people of any age experience more positive emotions, a better sense of self, and a greater sense of health. This may be related to the fact that early risers can start a day’s life, study, and work in the sun in a better mood.

06 Lower risk of depression

Studies have found that people who get up early are more organized, prepare in advance, and rarely rush around, so they are more cheerful. People who love to stay up late are more likely to suffer from depression, and lack of sleep is also a major cause of depression.

07 Kinder personality

Early risers tend to be friendlier and less prone to “dark personalities”, a University of Sydney psychology study has found.

Nan Huaijin said:

Only those who can control the morning can control life. If a person can’t even get up early, what do you expect him to do on this day?

The ancients said:

The plan for a day lies in the morning, and the plan for a year lies in Spring. If you can’t grasp the morning, how can you grasp the day?

Waking up in the morning, the human body wakes up from the sleep state with the lowest metabolic rate. Proper exercise can help increase the metabolic rate and improve blood circulation. Morning exercise means getting up early, and the premise of getting up early is going to bed early. Early to bed and early to rise, regular life, is good for health.

04 Waking up early is a matter of a minute

Many people think that this is impossible, but it is actually very simple. You can try it out. You wake up at five o’clock, but you have psychological conflicts during the few minutes of waking up. Do you want to get up or not? Get up, I’m so sleepy! Sorry, it’s bad for your health! contradiction!

But when you really get up, after a little activity, or walking, or jumping, or stretching your body, you will not feel as sleepy as you were lying on the bed a minute ago, and you will feel very relaxed and comfortable.

We have repeatedly emphasized that getting up early to raise liver-energy, many people don’t understand, but you will understand once you get up early yourself. At five o’clock in the morning, you are still lying in bed and sleeping, or even if you wake up, you are lazy and sleepy.

This is the manifestation of the liver-energy not rising, or the yang-energy not rising; if you get up at five o’clock and do some exercise, you will not be sleepy immediately. Why, the yang-energy in your body rises with your activities.

Be sure to get up at five o’clock, no later than six o’clock at the latest. After getting up, you can move around and read, write with a clear mind.

And five in the morning, Shaoyang can rise, and Shaoyang is the newborn sun.

If a person does not get up one day before five in the morning, it means that there is no sun in his body for one day. If he does not get up before five in the morning for one year, it means that there is no sun in his body for one year. When there is no sun in the human body, that is, the lack of yang-energy, so it is not surprising to get sick or die early.

Why do you feel sleepy at five in the morning? It is because you refuse to wake up. Remember, five in the morning is the Jingzhe time, which means that hibernating animals start to move. It applies to the human body, meaning that you should allow the yang-energy to surge.

If you get up early, the yang-energy will be released, and you will not feel sleepy. If you are awake at five in the morning, but you still lie in bed without moving, then the liver-energy will not rise, and you will feel sleepy.

What should you do if you are really sleepy for lack of proper sleep the night before? You can get up at five o’clock, exercise for ten to thirty minutes, and then lie down in bed and go back to sleep. At this time, the yang-energy will have risen, and sleeping will not suppress the yang-energy.

In this way, you will be relaxed and happy after waking up, full of energy for work and study. If you do not do it this way and sleep late instead, when you wake up late, you will be yawning and dozing off, and you will not have enough energy to do anything.

05 The solution to insomnia is to get up early

Of course, there are many people who want to go to bed early, but they can’t fall asleep. One of the solutions is to get up early. Going to bed early is not up to you, but getting up early can be your own decision.

When you wake up early, take a half-hour nap at noon, feel refreshed in the afternoon, and sleep early in the evening. This is how you induce yourself to sleep early.

If you do it the other way round, instead of getting up early, you sleep late, then you will not feel sleepy at night and you will not be able to sleep early. Consequently, you will not be able to wake up early. You get yourself into a vicious cycle.

You can only break this vicious cycle by getting up early. Do it. It takes only a minute.
Sleep is not a matter of time, it is a matter of time period. It is not a matter of how much time you sleep, but a matter of what period of time you have slept.

You should be in deep sleep from nine in the evening to three in the morning to replenish your energy. If you sleep during this period of time, you will catch up with your energy reserve. If you go to bed late, you will replenish just a little, not the full amount. If you do not sleep at all during this period, you will never catch up with your energy reserves.

What if you do not make it in time? If you don’t catch up, you will never catch up. There is no other way. It is in your control to sleep or not to sleep, and the Laws of Nature will not change for anyone.

Waking up early is life saving. After waking up early, your yang-energy is generated, then you don’t feel groggy. Your mood improves, and your body starts to get better.

Share this with your friends and relatives, and tell them to get up early starting from tomorrow.
