06 Stomach maintenance using the tuna technique
How do we spit out the turbid air in the body using the tuna technique so that it will benefit our stomach and spleen?
The ancients invented six sounds that will help us to do just that: xu, ke, hu, xi, chui, xi
The xu sound spits out the poisonous gas from the liver. The ke sound spits out the poison in the heart. The hu sound spits out the poisonous gas in the spleen. The xi sound spits out the poisonous gas in the lungs. The chui sound spits out the poisonous gas in the kidneys. The xi sound spits out the poisonous gas in the sanjiao.
How do we exhale the poisonous gas in the spleen?
To exhale the poisonous gas in the spleen, we make a hu (who) sound as we exhale when we practice the tuna technique.
To make a hu sound, our mouth shape is pinched like a tube, the tongue is slightly rolled upwards and stretched forward with force when we emit the sound.
When emitting the sound, we lightly tap the big toe to the ground, lift both hands from the front of the lower abdomen, with the palms facing upwards, to the navel, rotate the left hand upwards to the top of the head, and at the same time rotate the right hand inwards and press down to the front of the lower abdomen.
At the end of exhaling and the beginning of inhaling, turn the left arm inward to turn the palm inward, and drop it from the front. At the same time, the right arm turns the palm inward and upward, crosses the hands in front of the chest, the left hand is outward, and the right hand is inward. In front of the abdomen, it naturally hangs on the side of the body.
Then follow the action from above, put your right hand up, press your left hand down, and do the execution the same way alternating left and right hand. This is your second time making the hu sound. This is referred to as one breath. Do this alternately for a total of six times each.
The technique will help to improve stomach problems such as abdominal distension, diarrhea, fatigue of limbs, loss of appetite, muscle atrophy, and skin edema.

07 Stomach maintenance using the jingzuo technique
The Mustang Jingzuo Technique is a form of meditation, but it goes beyond the usual meditation.
As practitioners of life cultivation, we all know that some emotions will greatly hurt our stomach and spleen. When we are angry, we may lose our appetite. When we are worried, we may not want to eat. When we are under pressure, we may get an ulcer, and so on.
One of the ways for us to adjust our emotions is to practice the jingzuo technique. The Mustang Jingzuo Technique integrates deep breathing into meditation, so we can calm down rapidly. At the same time, we will be in a peaceful realm soon.
