The importance of being in a state of balance

The older we get, the less passionate and pessimistic we are, and our lives are dull.

The same goes for our physical body constitution. People with a balanced body constitution are really few and in between. We all wish we have a balanced body but we are deviated from the balanced state most of the time. We have to work to achieve it.

Here we begin with our mental state because it is the most important at our later stage of life.

01 Depression is common

Many people are not blessed with a balanced body constitution. They envy people with a balanced body constitution.

We know a fellow-practitioner who suffers from yang-deficiency and liver stagnation. He is often pessimistic. He cannot live without wormwood, roses and xiaoyao pills all year round, but he still tries his best to maintain peace of mind.

Not every depressed person allows himself to be depressed for long. As long as he still has the energy to live and the strength to face the sun, he will never let himself be enveloped by yin-energy. He is also very tired of dealing with lifeless and stubborn people, so he will not let himself become such a person.

We see that this world is mostly miserable and unbearable, but we still have to brace ourselves to face it, analyze it, and solve it. Right?

We cannot just say goodbye to our life whether we love it or not. We do not allow ourselves to be swallowed up by negative energy. Once we fall into the haze, we will become paranoid and scared, which is not beautiful.

We do not want that. We want to live a beautiful life. Well, that’s pretty much how we survive.

It can be said that all pessimistic trends at the beginning are allowed by ourselves. If we detect them and deal with them in time, they are not inevitable.

02 Overcome depression

We are humans and not grass and trees, so we can be sad, and it is alright. However, we should also learn to overcome our depression.

01 Do not overindulge in our sadness

Of course we can be sad, but just feel sad a little bit, just to show proper respect for the sad emotion. But that is it.

If we feel sad beyond the limit that our body can bear, we are giving the sad emotion too much face. It will try to consume our energy.

However, we will not let it take over our life. Right?

On the other hand, we should not sit around doing nothing else but try to overcome our sadness all day long. It is like taking a shot of chicken blood every day.

Can we not consume energy too if we indulge in our sadness for too long?

Be as balanced as possible. Be balanced. Be balanced.

02 Can we use a joke

Here’s a joke. A person felt that he was depressed, so he went to see a doctor and he was given a prescription.

When he went to buy the medicine, he found that three bottles of medicine cost more than a hundred dollars. Suddenly he felt that he was no longer depressed and he did not need to buy the medicine after all.

Is it funny?

There are many jokes on the Internet. We should read them to cheer up our moments. Better yet, we can watch a comedy that will allow us to extend our happiness for a day.

On the other hand, we avoid the bad news. Have you ever read any good news lately? If they are good news, they are not news that are fit to be published. Right?

03 Learn from Buddha

The Buddha said that there is no worry in the heart. If there is no worry, there is no fear. Stay away from upside-down dreams. But, how many people can do it?

When the heart is moved, everything is moved, and the qi and blood are different. Haha.

Some people say that achievement is the distance between knowing and doing. If we cannot do it, it will still be the same even if we see through it. Think. Want. Get.

Some people say that when we encounter troubles, we should tell ourselves that everything is nothingness, calm down, calm down, Amitabha.

When we are alive, take things lightly and look away from them, be down-to-earth, and be happy.

Live each day well to achieve something, cultivate the process of life well, and get what we want.

04 Did you just imagine it

A fellow-practitioner is very afraid of illness and hospitals, and any discomfort he feels is magnified by his own random thoughts. He always complains about his discomfort no matter how we try to console him.

Another fellow-practitioner said that he had been depressed for a long time in the morning and he was worried about some problems at work.

It is normal to have bad emotions. We are human beings, not gods. But after allowing ourselves to be sad for a while, we will still have to face it bravely and actively and take the initiative. Right?

A fellow-practitioner said that she always felt chest tightness, shortness of breath, and dizziness. She visited a western medicine practitioner and had a physical checkup. She was advised that her body was normal.

She took jiawei xiaoyao pills for a month and her heart palpitations improved a little, but she was still listless all day long and had no energy to do anything.

Many friends said that she had a psychological problem and that she was imagining her discomfort. Note that medicine is only taken when there is no other way. Try not to take it often. It is not candy.

03 A brief summary

A young woman said that her brother is sunny, handsome and full of yang-energy, and he can give her enough yang-energy when she just follows him around.
