This is the practice guide for our Mustang 8-brocade Technique. With the practice guide, you can learn the technique on your own. Before you start, you should understand the practical way to learn any of our stretching techniques. Then you should take the practice advice.
The Mustang 8-brocade Technique consists of eight movements or styles. In part one, we will present the movements first. Then we will present the important points. At last we will present the applications and health efficacies.
From part two onwards, we will begin the analysis of each movement, from first style to the eight style in great detail so that you can learn the technique all by yourself.
As practitioners of life cultivation, we engage in the 8-brocade Technique to rejuvenate our body. When we practice the technique on a daily basis, we will enhance our physical fitness and prevent illness. We will look younger and feel younger.
