Adjusting Type I Special-intrinsic Body Constitution

As practitioners of life cultivation, we like to adjust our body so that our body is in perfect balance and we are in perfect health.

The Type A constitution is referred to as the Pinghe Type, or the Neutral and Balanced type. This type of body constitution is the perfectly healthy body. All other types of body constitution is deviation from the Pinghe type.

We will differentiate the basic characteristics of each body constitution type. We will then discuss how we can adjust our body so that they become the Type A body constitution.

Classification of Body Constitution

The classification of body constitution is a relatively new concept. It was developed in the last forty years.

Let us ask ourselves. Is our body a teddy bear or a fine lady?

Although everyone looks human on the outside, they are very different inside. With the onslaught of various bad lifestyles, we have developed mental stress leading to hair loss, inability to sleep and poop, etc. There are fewer and fewer healthy people.

Many people will say that humans are living longer now compared to that of a caveman and that proves that we are healthier than before.

But which is more important, quality of life or length of life? Actually, it’s all important. If we spend the rest of our life in bed, is it not a tragedy?

Thus, we will look into different types of body constitution, and the adjustment thereof. Let us recap the different types of body constitution below.

Type A Pinghe (Normal, Typical, Neutral, Balanced Type)
Type B Qixu (Energy-deficient Type)
Type C Yangxu (Yang-deficient Type)
Type D Yinxu (Yin-deficient Type)
Type E Tanshi (Phlegm-moisture Type)
Type F Shire (Moisture-heat Type)
Type G Xueyu (Blood-stasis Type)
Type H Qiyu (Energy-depressed Type)
Type I Tebing (Special-intrinsic Type)

Well, these nine body constitution all have different characteristics, manifestations, and specific disease tendencies. However, we have different techniques to adjust our body so that it will return to its perfectly healthy state.

Here we will share our knowledge. We hope everyone can sit down and take decisive measures as soon as possible to attain perfect health. This way you will rejuvenate your body to that of an eighteen-year-old again.

Characteristics of Type I Special-intrinsic Body Constitution

The special constitution is also called the allergic constitution.

The most significant characteristics of Type I body constitution are:

  • easy nasal congestion
  • runny nose
  • frequent sneezing
  • itching all over the body
  • skin is prone to all kinds of scratches, which turn red when scratched.
  • various inexplicable red dots appearing

The root cause is an imbalanced immune system.

Adjusting Type I Special-intrinsic Body Constitution

01 Avoid certain foods

An allergic person should avoid eating high-protein and high-calorie foods, such as hamburgers, such as tofu every day. If the allergic person is sensitive to any food, avoid them.

02 Keep warm

An allergic person must pay attention to keeping warm. Many allergies are caused by cold accumulation or evil entering through the muscles.

03 Harmonization

Some allergies will vanish all by themselves as a person grows. We do not know for sure how it works. All we know is that one thing leads to another. If we keep our body fit, our mind will improve, and vice versa. If you are interested, you may experience the subject matter yourself.

If you are not allergic to anything, good for you. Keep on with the good work.
