Classification of Body Constitution
The classification of body constitution is a relatively new concept. It was developed in the last forty years.

Although everyone looks human on the outside, they are very different inside. With the onslaught of various bad lifestyles, we have developed mental stress leading to hair loss, inability to sleep and poop, etc. There are fewer and fewer healthy people.
Many people will say that humans are living longer now compared to that of a caveman and that proves that we are healthier than before.
But which is more important, quality of life or length of life? Actually, it’s all important. If we spend the rest of our life in bed, is it not a tragedy?
Thus, we will look into different types of body constitution, and the adjustment thereof. Let us recap the different types of body constitution below.
Type A Pinghe (Normal, Typical, Neutral, Balanced Type)

07 Characteristics of Type G Blood-stasis Body Constitution
What is blood stasis?
It means the blood is somewhere clogged, and the flow of blood is hereby impeded. The clogging of the blood usually is not at the main arteries or veins. Otherwise, we will have to take care of them right away. If the clogging occurs at the capillaries level, we may have overlooked them.
Thus, a type G body constitution is developed from one or more clogging of capillaries, and it exhibits the following manifestations.
01 Pain
A person with a type G body constitution will have pain at certain parts of the body. The pain is often fixed for a long time. However, if he goes with a physical checkup, he will find nothing wrong. Thus, he will just have to grin and bear it. This happens where the blood stagnates, resulting in improper nerve nourishment and long-lasting pain.
02 Dark spots
A person with a type G body constitution will also have dark face and lips, looking like expired lard. When he has a cold or insomnia, he will easily have dark circles under his eyes which will not go away until several days after.
03 The tongue
A person with a type G body constitution will have a somewhat purple tongue, or he may have ecchymosis directly on the tongue. The whites of his eyes are cloudy all the year round.

Adjusting Type G Blood-stasis Body Constitution
What brings about a type G body constitution?
01 Depression
A person with a type G body constitution is usually depressed all the time.
Since any physical and mental illnesses are interdependent, our perennial depression will lead to blood stasis. If we focus on being cheerful, our blood stasis body constitution will begin to improve. If we adjust the blood-stasis body constitution, our depression will also improve.
Once in a while, we read about reports like this. Many people watch comedy movies every day after they have tumors, and some people actually heal themselves. Their minds relax, their expressions relax, blood flows naturally, and their bodies start to activate their self-healing system. If they are lucky, they are healed.
02 Self-healing function
There is a saying in herbal medicine:
There is no medicine for a real disease. A real medicine cures a fake disease.
Any disease that can be cured will ultimately be aided by therapy that awakens our body’s self-healing function. If our body is destroyed, even taking three hundred tons of medicine will not cure the disease.
Therefore, we should depend on naturopaths. It is our lifeline.
03 Cold food
A sick or injured person may be bedridden all year round with very little activity. Then it is easy to induce blood-stasis. In that event, the person should avoid cold foods and drinks by all means. If he eats ice cream or drinks cold drinks, it will add to his blood-stasis condition. His condition will get worse.
04 Avoid salty foods
A person with a type G body constitution should avoid high sodium content food. That is, he should eat less salt.
Salty food will increase blood consistency. It is also a reason for the blood-stasis body constitution.
05 Guard the liver system
A person with a type G body constitution should guard his liver system. The liver system has a direct impact on the blood-stasis condition.
To guard his liver system, the person with a type G body constitution should not be in an angry mood. Avoid an angry situation at all costs. His friends and relatives should take care not to make him angry.
A person with a type G body constitution should be calm and peaceful. He can practice Mustang tuna technique, or mustang jingzuo technique to clear his mind of all garbage, thus retaining a calm mind.
As far as his diet is concerned, he should eat sour food, and he should consume more green vegetables. He may eat green foods that have been pickled, then he would be eating sour and green vegetables in one food. Yummy!
