01 Vision and Mission
Vision: To create a retirement community that offers a comfortable, convenient, and carefree lifestyle for adults who do not have to work in a workplace.
Mission: To provide our residents with high-quality accommodation, dining, cleaning, recreational and wellness services, and to foster a friendly, supportive, and diverse community that respects their individual needs and preferences.
Royal customers: This is for healthy people who are not shackled by their work and have to live on demand by other people. It is for people who want to live a carefree life.
It includes people who
(01) have worked twenty years or more and retired from working, (02) have free-lance or remote work, (03) have the financial means to live freely, and (04) others.
02 Location
The location of the community should be in a peaceful and quiet area.
The exact location is to be determined.
The Paradise Retirement Community ideally will have the following features.
(01) It will be small, not to exceed one thousand residents.
(02) It will not be in a big city, but it will be close to a metropolitan area.
(03) It may be located in the United States or other friendly countries.
(04) It may be located in Southern California, or Nevada, or some other locations.
03 Housing
The housing units should be designed to be comfortable, safe, and accessible for seniors. They should be equipped with features such as grab bars, non-slip flooring, and wheelchair accessibility.

Each dwelling unit will be fitted as a bedroom, simple and clean, easy to keep.
Each bedroom will have a bathroom fitted for seniors. A bathtub will be fitted. Some units may have a private spa.
Each bedroom will have at least one walk-in closet which is also used as a storage room.
The dwelling unit will basically have a bedroom (or suite), a bathroom, and a closet, much like a hotel room in a resort.
The bedroom will be fitted with a double-bed, night-stand, desk and chair, and lighting. It is minimalistic.
02 For the super rich or wealthy

Each dwelling is small, 400 sf. Studio unit, similar to a hotel suite in a resort. For the resident, it is maintenance-free.
Paradise will be home to one thousand residents. Residents can choose from a selection of over ten floor plans and services. These finely crafted homes range from four hundred to thirty-five hundred square feet and are designed with modern features such as spa-like bathrooms.
After many years, we have seen a need for smaller, more manageable units, especially for retirees with a smaller family, with the following basic amenities.

Large closet in every unit.
Each dwelling unit is detached. It is designed for one to two persons, from four hundred square feet to eight hundred square feet. It is small.
Dwelling A. It is basically a suite, the bedroom and the activity room are divided with a movable divider such as a movable partition, beaded curtain, flimsy curtain, and so on. The bedroom will be connected to a bathroom. The bedroom will have a closet for clothes.
The activity room can be referred to as the living room. It has a table and several chairs. It has tea sets. It has small bookshelves. It is not designed to entertain guests.
Dwelling B. A larger dwelling unit will have an added bedroom and adjoining bathroom for a servant to take care of a master who wants to be pampered.
Dwelling C. A still larger dwelling unit will have a den which will serve as a hobby room for the master. The den can be used as a library, for meditation practice or other hobbies.
The dwelling unit does not have a room to receive guests so the resident can live in peace and quietness. The guest will be received in a teahouse elsewhere that is shared with other residents.
The front of the dwelling unit will have water in the form of a pond or a brook, if available.
The back of the dwelling unit will have a small patch for gardening of herbs or spices, if available.
Luxurious Living
Mustang does not offer one large dwelling unit for a resident. Instead, it offers a cluster of small cottages for a resident who needs a lot of dwelling spaces. They will be grouped into a private courtyard for this particular resident. Private means it is inaccessible by other people. You may compare this courtyard to a presidential suite in a five-star resort.
Who will need such a courtyard? The wealthy and rich people with many people to serve them.
For example, a rich businessman may be served by this male secretary and female secretary for his business, a body guard for his safety, a valet or maid for taking care of his clothing, a cook for overseeing or cooking his meals, a maid for house-keeping, and so on. He will need a courtyard to house not only himself but also the people who serve him.
We offer residents a quiet community where they can enjoy retirement stress-free.Our walls are heavily insulated and our heating and air units are virtually silent to ensure a quiet and peaceful home.
